Shipping is done international couriers such as Fedex and DHL.

We offer you a hassle-free return policy. If you are unhappy with a product, we have several return methods. Please make sure that the product you purchased is in its original packaging and unused, the item has to be sent back to us within 7 calendar days from the date mentioned on the receipt.

We strive to ensure that all our products are free from defects and are delivered in excellent condition. If for any reason the product has been damaged during delivery we request you to contact us immediately.

If you are unable to receive your order personally, and you notice any damage to the products after the delivery has been accepted, you can return the order by contacting our customer service team within 2 calendar days of the delivery.


If you change your mind about a product you have purchased, you can return it and receive online store credit.  The store credits will be credited to your online account and can be used for future purchases.


In case of a returned item, we can offer you store credit, a refund or a replacement.  All refunds will take 7-14 working days to be processed depending on the credit card company; if you return your order directly to our store, we will process your refund immediately for cash purchases (this will take up to 7 working days for bank transfer).


We do not offer replacements or refunds on undamaged, used products, items that are not in their original condition and packaging and/or items that were sold on sale.  Please provide us with original order reference details to enable us to process the return (order number, product codes or descriptions).

  3. Delivery Delays:
    1. if our supply of the product is delayed by an event outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.
    2. if no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will notify you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the product.
  4. ID Requirement Upon Delivery. We may, at our sole discretion, make any inquiry we deem necessary to verify your identity and/or ownership of your financial instruments by requesting that you provide us with further information or documentation, including, but not limited to requesting a form of identification and/or credit card. If we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide, we have the right to refuse delivery and cancel the order.
  5. Delivery to Overseas. Note that you might be considered the importer of record if your order requires delivery to overseas. In such an instance, you are required to ensure that your ordered products can be lawfully imported, comply with all laws and regulations and to pay all fees and customs duties relevant to your purchase.
  6. Title to Products. A product will be considered owned by you and your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the delivery address and you have paid for the product.
  7. Invoice. We will issue an electronic invoice for your purchase and send such an invoice to the email address you provided to us.
