As the first G-LIDE model equipped with an optical heart-rate sensor, it combines real-time health tracking with tide graph and moon data capabilities developed for life around the water.

Its lightweight construction pairs a bio-based resin exterior with a carbon-reinforced case back, reducing weight without compromising resilience. The high-contrast MIP LCD delivers exceptional legibility, while Bluetooth connectivity links the watch to the CASIO WATCHES app for access to tide information from thousands of surf locations worldwide. Solar-assisted charging and USB charging ensure dependable performance across training sessions, travel, and daily wear.
