Gold Steel Jumping hour

SpaceOne's Jumping Hour in its warmest dress: a gold-coloured steel case, shaped more like a spacecraft than a watch. Limited to 25 pieces.

The time sits in a small sapphire cockpit at the nose of the case. On the hour, the hour figure jumps into place; the minutes run on steadily beside it. Independent watchmaker Théo Auffret developed the jumping-hour mechanism, and SpaceOne assembles the watch in France.

Turn it over and the self-winding Soprod P024 without date is on show through the see-through caseback, running at 4 Hz with a 38-hour power reserve. Water resistance is 3 ATM, enough for washing your hands and not for a swim.

It comes on a black fabric strap, 22 mm at the lugs, narrowing to 18 mm.
