Description

Louis Erard named the 2340 after the postcode of its home in Le Noirmont, and calls it its first watch with an integrated bracelet. The Blue is the classic way into it.

The dark blue lacquered dial is stamped with rows of small oblong shapes, so it has texture up close and calm from a distance. A white snailed minute ring frames it, the diamond-cut indexes and hands carry blue-emission SLN-C1, and a satin-finished plate at 3 o’clock wears the “LE” logo.

Satin-finished titanium makes up the middle of the case; polished steel the bezel, crown and caseback. The automatic Sellita SW300-1, a calibre new to Louis Erard’s collections, keeps it 8.95 mm thick and runs about 56 hours. 40 mm, water resistant to 50 m.

The five-link bracelet tapers from 28 to 20 mm and closes with a butterfly clasp.
